The principle of operation of the machine the MP-2R is a longitudinal-cross cutting pastry blocks and layers passing through the blocks of knives. All operations are carried out manually:

1. Installation formation for cutting and lowering of the clamping device;

2. Longitudinal cutting with subsequent return to its original position;

3. Lowering a clamping device;

4. Cross cutting with subsequent return to its original position;

5. Eat of the finished product.
