Application
Fans vents TT and vents TT PRO combine wide capabilities and high features of axial and centrifugal fans. Used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems that require high pressure, powerful airflow and low noise level. Compatible with the ducts from diameter 100 to 315 mm.
The fan series vents TT and vents TT PRO are a great choice for installation in the exhaust systems of premises with high humidity (bathrooms, kitchens), as well as for ventilation of flats, cottages, shops and cafes.
The detachable Central block with motor, impeller and junction box is attached to the Spigots by means of special clamps with latches. It makes the fan maintenance simple and convenient. You do not need to disassemble and dismantle the entire fan - just remove the Central unit from the housing and perform maintenance.
All the models of vents TT and vents TT PRO can be equipped with an adjustable timer with a range of off-delay the fan from 2 to 30 minutes.
The models of vents TT apply single-phase single or two speed motors. For some standard sizes available in the version of motor with more powerful features ( vents TT...s ).
The models of vents TT PRO single-phase energy efficient two speed motors with low power consumption.
For overload protection the fan motors are equipped with thermal cutoff.
The ball bearings provide a long lifetime (about 40,000 hours of continuous operation). The motor protection class is IP X4.
Speed adjustmentControl two speed motor can be implemented with the integrated switch (option "V" ) or an external switch P2-1-300 , and P2-5,0 for multi-speed fans (available upon separate order).
Possibility of smooth adjustment of turns of a built-in controller (option "P" ) external triac or autotransformer controller (sold separately) by connecting it to the terminal the maximum speed of the engine.
InstallationThe fans are designed for inline mounting inside an air duct of matching air duct diameter, in any point of the ventilation system and at any angle. In one system, there are several fans:
- in parallel (to increase air flow);
- consistently (to increase the operating pressure).
The fan casing is equipped with a flat mounting plate by means of which the fan is attached to the wall. For easy mounting and connection mounting box can be installed in any position.
