where the pump portion and the motor are connected coaxially through the flange.
They are intended for pumping air and other similar properties
corrosive gases, creating a dead volume, creating a vacuum in the volume, etc.
The pumps have a high level of vacuum (residual pressure of 1.1 PA) at
the relatively small pumping speed of gases. Pumps HBP, 2НВР treat
oil pumps work at vacuum oil VM 1, VM 2, VM 3, or analogs.
This pumping of gases, vapors containing moisture is strictly prohibited,
because of the non-contact liquid droplets in the vacuum oil.
