Dryer for sawdust
Offer type: salePublished: 27.04.2017
OOO
"Energobalans" manufactures drying
equipment for the production of wood pellets, fuel pellets, allowing
to carry out uniform drying of biomass input moisture content to 70%, with low
temperatures at the inlet to the dryer, providing the humidity of the raw materials until the output
6-15%. Performance on dry raw materials: from 500 to 1000 kg/hour.
Using
advanced technical solutions and pilot studies to improve
of drying processes, the specialists of OOO "Energobalans", developed
equipment and technology which can effectively carry out the drying
biomass in conditions of low temperatures. Our proposed method of drying,
based on the combined (step) application of thermal and mechanical
impact on organic raw materials in the area of the vortex dryer
unit (APU). At the same time, we have developed equipment and technology, significantly
lower cost and operating costs from available on the market
lines.
Dryer
the complex is compact (occupies an area of not more than 60
sq m), easy to operate and maintain. Comes with different
power sources of thermal energy, depending on the characteristics of the raw materials.
The main differences are: - easy to operate - low power (25kW); -
the lack of wear of mechanical parts; - fire safety; -
automated management and control.
