Heat - equipment which allows to obtain a drying agent, a heat carrier for drying process of biomass (plant materials) in the production of wood pellets, fuel pellets due to the highly efficient combustion of solid fuel.

The equipment includes: hopper fuel screw, solid fuel burner, control panel. To ensure long hours, heat may be supplied by mechanized fuel warehouse. The fuel pellets, peat, wood chips, husk etc. are loaded in the bunker and then go in a screw conveyor operating in an automatic the "pitch-pause" in accordance with the specified controller program. Screw conveyor provides metered fuel in the pyrolysis chamber, where it is the gasification process, i.e. the process is almost complete decomposition of the fuel flammable gases and further combustion in the vortex chamber, at a controlled mixed with air. Trimming and bulk waste can be loaded manually mode. Design features of the combustion chamber, a method of supplying fuel and the secondary air allows to achieve a long burning solid fuel with getting the temperature on the cut burners to 1300 C. the combustion Chamber and burner manufactured using innovative technology with high quality materials: refractory concrete, termometal. This solution improves efficiency, provides the necessary degree of thermal insulation and long period of operation at compared to other materials (refractory brick, steel, mortar).

The heat source provides a highly efficient combustion of solid bulk fuel, granulation (faction) to 30 mm, humidity 30% (chips, pellets, husks, peat, etc.). The greatest efficiency of the heat source is achieved when using the fuel mixture: fuel chips 70% + fuel pellet 30%. Workflow in two steps: gasification and combustion formed of mixtures of gases.
