This set of equipment is designed for installation at the site of the slaughter of poultry, with an average production volume of 100 carcasses of chickens per hour. Minimum floor area shall be 30 m2. The staff of this slaughter is 4-5 people. Despite the fact that most operations are performed manually, the performance of this line for slaughter can be increased to 300 head per hour, in this case, the required area should be increased to 60 m2 and the number of agents doubled.
