KS-11A is designed for preparation of aqueous solutions, which are used in mechanical processing metals. The contents of the concentrate in an aqueous solution is determined by the type and brand of the processed material, processing technology and type of surgery performed. Synthetic base KS-11A provides long life coolant and good oil separation characteristics. Has a low level of foaming, ensures maximum efficiency and high rate of filtration of small particles.
Turning, cutting, milling, threading, reaming, grinding, and deformation processing, hydraulic fluid.
Low-alloy steel, cast iron, high alloy steel, including stainless, tool and high-temperature; aluminum and non-ferrous alloys.
KS-11A possess excellent detergent properties (cleaner parts, tools, and workplace). Completely separates the third-party oil. Does not contain mineral oil, secondary amines, phenol and nitrite. Has no harmful fumes and does not cause allergic reactions upon skin contact. Provides corrosion protection of finished products during use and storage within 5 days.
Allowed preparation of working solution, the coolant water of medium hardness. The dilution of the concentrate with 1 : 19 (1 liter KS-11A 19 liters of water).
Product should be stored in a clean, dry place
at a temperature of from +2 to +35 0C. A storage warranty period is 12 months. from the date of manufacturing at observance by the consumer of the storage conditions.
