Semi-automatic vacuum chamber packaging machine TEPRO type PP-12PLUS (Poland)

Vacuum sealer РР12 PLUS is outdoor single-chamber machine for packaging food and non-food products in bags made from barrier film. Packer made of stainless steel, and has the ability to adapt it to the specific requirements of various manufacturing industries. Standard the packer is equipped with two welding strips with a length of 495 mm, and a vacuum pump capacity 63 m3/h. Packing machine is also available with two parallel bars with a length of 685 mm, or "corner cleats" 590 + 495 mm or 3 bars 495 mm.

 

When necessary, the machine can be equipped with a vacuum pump performance 100m3/h, the dosage of modified gas environment (EASC), and the segments of the extra package.

 

The machine is equipped with microprocessor controller with digital measurement of vacuum and a memory for recording names and parameters 25 packing processes. Each program allows you to edit all main the parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [ % ] gas [%], the welding time [sec.] time segments [sec.] etc.). During the packing parameters are shown in real time on the LCD display with backlight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Extra features:

 

— Timeout: allows to automatically interrupt the pumping process in the absence of pressure changes in the chamber in a given period time. This feature is especially useful for packaging products with high moisture content — allows you to reach optimum vacuum, preventing from unnecessary removal of moisture from the product.

 

— Vacuum pause: function introduction of pauses during pumping, to provide a more delicate and complete removal of air from porous products. The input parameters is the amount of vacuum at

where pumping is stopped and the pause time pumping (available to order).

 

Counter cycles with the possibility of nullification.

 

— The function of checking the tightness of the chamber and the vacuum system.
