Injector pneumatic 3-needle, stainless steel, designed for injection
small pieces of meat.
The device consists of a tank high pressure stainless steel, capacity 20 l, 5 m hose,
connecting the gun with 3 needles and chassis to large wheels 17 see
The tank is equipped with an air regulator to control the pressure inside the tank, safety valve, large infusion, the lever is closed, with a quick connector type "26" (most popular) to link compressed air.
The gun is made of polypropylene with attachments for the needles of stainless steel. 3 steel needle with an active length of 93 mm and a diameter of 3 mm with five holes at the sharp end.
All accessories are made of stainless steel. The tank was approved for 4.9 bar, although this is usually not running at a higher pressure than 2 bar.
Working principle:
after opening the lid of the tank is filled with saline solution and closes when you connect to a compressor and pressure. 20 liters of the salt solution, with the aid of this injector, are introduced within 15 min !!!
