Description OPTImill BF 16 Vario:

• Desktop milling machine for metal.
• Changing the number of spindle speed infinitely variable occurs because of the CVT revs. Control of the CVT is performed thanks to a convenient handle on the control panel of a router. The speed is adjustable from 50 to 3000 rpm.
• Despite its small size, OPTImill BF 16Vario produces the machining of the part with constant high accuracy. The radial runout of the spindle does not exceed 0,015 mm., and is provided with high-quality bearings, installed on the model.
• The drive mechanism for the two-stage router.
• The guides made in the form of “dovetail” and are governed by the wedge bars.
• Milling head can rotate ± 90° with the ability to consolidate and further work in this position.
• The control panel is designed very conveniently, simply and securely.
• At the buyer's request, the mill can be fitted with a coolant (cooling liquid).
• Coordinate table with special grooves to drain the coolant.
• The backlash on all the chassis screws are easily removed adjustable nuts.
• On the front side of the desktop router located a convenient and highly visible measuring scale.
• For the safety of the worker is provided with a protective screen covering the treatment area of the part having the possibility of moving in height.
