Aerodynamic ISM separator is a unique machine for the separation of bulk materials by weight. Using this principle of separation, we can clean the grain from any kind of impurities and to divide it into 7 fractions. Selecting seeds for sowing with the help of IMS, it is possible to increase yields up to 30%, as selected seeds have a high germination percentage and low injury.
Job separator is to change the trajectory of free fall of the grain air flow generated by the impeller, and further distribution of the starting material into fractions depending on the weight, size and shape. Grain fed into the hopper is distributed over its width under it's own weight and is supplied in a steady stream into a separating chamber. Here the particles are separated and divided into fractions using adjustable flaps. Each faction can be customized depending on the individual needs of the user.
You can extend the functionality of the IMS by adding separators sieve unit pre-treatment (of scalperator) and aspiration system of air.
Primary treatment from 3 to 100 t/h.
