Slotting machine with hydraulic drive model 7430 is intended for processing shaped holes (square, hexagonal, spline, etc.), cutting of keyways and grooves in the conical and cylindrical holes, and external short planing flat and shaped ruled surfaces with undercut up to 10° in terms of individual and small batch production and repair workshops.

The presence of three types of table feed (longitudinal, transversal and circular) gives the possibility of treatment on this machine multiple surfaces with one setup. Mechanical table feed, automatic shutdown, remote control allows multiple machine maintenance.

The machine is designed for processing the slotting of flat and profiled surfaces, slots and grooves in a variety of details and different types of dies mounted directly on the table or fixtures. A rotatable frame with a shaping cutter allows the processing of inclined plane, without changing the position of the part.

The table is moved both manually and mechanically. Circular feed table enables to machine the round parts and gears.

The principle of operation

Cutter special configuration is fixed in the tool holder of the shaping cutter. The workpiece is mounted on the round machine table. Traffic shaping cutter is a down stroke, during which the removal of chips from the workpiece. Traffic shaping cutter up is a blank at the end of which there is a longitudinal or transverse feed table with the workpiece or the rotation of the table around the vertical axis (circular flow).
