Chips works reliably on all types of membranes. At a temperature of pyrolysis to 350°C in the smoke generator of conventional type and up to 430°C in the steam generators smoked optimal mode of smoke generation, allowing to exclude the presence of smoke carcinogenic substances of nature, at the same time to maximize the organoleptic products smoked.
All wood is undergoing radiological control, which is confirmed by the corresponding certificates. Then prepared the wood is crushed on special equipment, with further division into marketable fractions according to the specifications, as well as the removal of dust formations.
