The device allows controls the strength and uniformity of concrete (GOST 17624, Recommendations NIIZHB MDS 62-2.01), brick (GOST 17624) and other materials in end-to-end and surface sounding in products and structures, construction, process control, inspection of buildings, structures. Allows testing of concrete strength unknown composition according to the characteristics of CNIIMF. Has the function of determining the depth of cracks at surface sounding.
Measuring the strength and uniformity of building materials by ultrasonic method UCB IPSM-+T is designed for:
• Detection of voids, cracks and defects arising during manufacture and operation of structures (for process control and inspection of facilities)
• Control the strength and uniformity of concrete (GOST 17624, guidelines MDS 62-2.01), brick (GOST 24332), construction and composite materials, structures, bridges and hydraulic structures
• Measure the depth of cracks in products and structures
• Determine the density and elastic modulus of operaview and fiberglass
• Definition audio index abrasives and building ceramics
• Evaluation of porosity, fracturing and anisotropy of materials
• Assess the degree of maturity of the concrete in monolithic concrete work
