Device protection series motors ACC
Offer type: salePublished: 28.02.2015
ACC-01 with digital setting and display of monitored parameters is designed to protect three-phase induction motors h/220 V or h/380V (including submersible pumps) from the consequences:
- overload;
- asymmetry of the load;
- work with underloading;
- exceeding the supply voltage;
- lowering the supply voltage;
- incorrect phase sequence;
- reduction of the insulation resistance of the windings of the motor before you start, and switching of electric circuits when the one of the controlled parameters specific, pre-programmed level.
At the same time, in addition to the protective function, the relay has a number of important service functions:
• monitoring of the following parameters:
- input current for each phase (IA, IB, IC);
- voltage on each phase (UA, UB, UC);
- frequency network;
counter service life;
- as well as anomalies in the network and causes the onset of emergency conditions;
• configurable number of automatic start-up after emergency stop (up to five with a time interval between re-starts 15);
• protection configurable parameters from nasanktsionirovannogo access (password);
• the ability to reset saved settings accident without switching the device off (handshaking).
The memory settings are non-volatile and can store values during the whole period of operation that provides reliable protection and extends the maintenance period.
Conditions:
for execution U3, UHL2: -40...+55 °C;
for the execution of T3: -10...+55 °C.
Device ACC-02, ACC-03, ACC-04, ACC-05, ACC-06 is designed for comprehensive protection of three-phase asynchronous motors 3 (220/380) (including the management of deep-well pumps) with indication of the causes of accidents and transmission of information on control points and automatic re-start.
The lineup can be used to control manufacturing processes, and objects of pumping stations and transmission complete information on control points.
The device provides light signaling:
• incorrect phase sequence of the supply voltage;
• overcurrent motor;
• current cutoff for the locked rotor;
• exceeded the maximum level of the supply voltage;
• lowering the minimum level of the supply voltage;
• exceeded the maximum level on motor current;
• lowering the minimum level of current of the motor;
• exceeding the maximum temperature of the engine;
• violations of the acceptable insulation resistance of the motor;
• sticking of the contacts of the starter;
• exceeding the permissible level of asymmetry of the currents of the engine;
The purpose of the device:
• ACC-02 simple overcurrent relays with a minimum set of security features
• ACC-03 universal protection of industrial engines with the required set of security features
• ACC-04 universal protection of industrial engines with RS485 interface with the advanced set of service functions and security features
• ACC-05 universal protection engines for deep-well pumps and pumping stations with the most necessary protection Suite
• ACC-06 universal protection engines for deep-well pumps and pumping stations with the required set of security data transfer capability via RS485 and advanced set of security features and service.
