The trap used for separation of wastewater, grease and oils of vegetable and animal origin contained in the wastewater restaurants, canteens, cafes, manufacturing of meat products and other industries where contamination of water fat. The grease trap is used as an initial treatment units. It is installed on the issues of industrial sewage containing contaminated with grease drains. Irootdesigner protects the sanitary sewer and septic tanks from contamination by grease, preventing from deterioration. The temperature of the wastewater entering the grease trap should not exceed 40°C
