The grease trap (fat separator) is a means of purification of domestic or otherwise, equated the composition of industrial wastewater from geoproducts. Irootdesigner installed on the output industrial sewage containing contaminated with grease drains, initially cleaned from mechanical impurities, and used to capture and remove fats and oils from wastewater treatment plants sent in from companies in which wastewater pollution fats.
Design advantages:
• Reinforced enclosure (s=5mm, upper strengthen the body and strengthening of the cover valves)
• Inclined bumpers sludge prevents clogging of the space for receiving the nozzle and directs the slurry to the nozzle removal sludge)
• Water seal prevents the penetration of odors in the room
• Locks securely fixed to the cover, eliminating the possibility of the release of fat-containing foam out
• The system of internal partitions provides a high degree of separation of fat
• Isobaric special form - collects and compacts the fat inside, preparing it for removal through a special nozzle.
• Pipes remove grease and sludge from the "clean hands" - facilitate cleaning of the separator body fat, avoid manual wygrania contamination. It is enough to tilt the housing and the open stub - sludge, and then the fat will melt into the tray for subsequent utilization.
It is possible to manufacture non-standard separators fat on individual orders, industrial installations.
