Purpose:
The aspirator is designed for cleaning of cereals from light impurities, the rate of wool which does not exceed 2.5 m/s, and for cleaning other types of bulk materials, similar in its characteristics with cereals.

Device:
The suction device consists of the following main components: the frame, the housing of the suction pump, fan, cyclone and control Cabinet. The principle steps:
The principle of operation of the suction pump based on the difference of the aerodynamic properties of the purified product contained impurities, in particular the difference in their speeds wool. The product is placed in the air flow given speed and is divided as follows: the lighter particles with a low speed wool, are carried away by the air stream and the heavier particles are deposited under the influence of gravity.
The original product from the hopper gets on the stage of the cascade and flows down toward the discharge nozzle. The purified product is lowered to the level of the discharge pipe, in which the recovered potential metal impurities, and poured into a receiving tank
