Purpose:

Device:
The smoke generator consists of the following main components: a frame, a generator, a movable carriage and a cyclone. Generator is the main working body of the machine and consists of a motor mounted on its shaft drive, located inside the generator. A movable carriage mounted on the frame with the possibility of longitudinal movement and provided with a mechanism for fixing on her wooden bars. The cyclone is designed for purification of the produced air-smoke mixture from ash and solids.
Working principle:
The operation of the smoke generator is based on getting the smoke by rubbing the wooden bars of the rotating disk generator under the condition of constant preload bars to the disc springs. Produced by smoke comes from the body of the generator in the cyclone where the cleaning of the smoke as it passes through the water seal, and sent through the pipe in the smoke chamber.
