Combined freezer for soft ice cream and milk cocktail Taylor 8657• All variants of popular soft ice cream from low to yogurt, sorbet, plus three different flavors of cocktails, automatically mixed and supplied through three separate outputs. The syrup is pumped from remote tanks.
• Freezing cylinder on the side of the 3.2-liter ice cream, on the side of the cocktails of 6.6 liters.
• Refrigerated Cabinet for storage of the mixture consists of two tanks according to 34.1 liters each, located in the bottom part station. Two air-milk pump serves the exact amount of air and mix in the freezing cylinder.
• Indicator Mix low mix level) means that you need to add the mixture. When the indicator lights Mix Out (finished mix), the station is automatically switched off to avoid damage.
• Electronic control: the quality of the final product is controlled by the system Softech™, regulating the viscosity.
• Standby mode provides the necessary temperature of the product in the freezing cylinder during long periods of equipment downtime.
• Autonomous air compressor delivers the syrup to a cocktail of remote syrup tanks (can be placed in vertical or horizontal syrup Cabinet - option, by request). Use only homogeneous syrup pitted and seeds.
