• Project management: from design and coordination of the implementation schedule, to the compliance and safety standards when performing work. At all stages of implementation of the project quality monitored with regular reports to the Customer about the progress of works.
• Production of technical documentation: drawings, strength calculations, quality plans, quality certificates used for structural and welding materials, operating instructions and maintenance, passport vessel working under pressure, made in accordance with the requirements of Rostekhnadzor of the Russian Federation.
• Fabrication and installation of tank ball:
manufacture of sheet and forgings;
control sheets and forgings for chem. the composition and mechanical properties;
forging (rolling) segments of the housing;
forging (rolling) segments bottoms;
the Assembly of segments bottoms, body and nipple;
welding, heat treatment and inspection of welds (RK and/or ultrasonic testing);
manufacture of accessories;
cleaning and painting.
