(DF) in the form of small droplets dispersed (distributed) to the other (HB).
The road is used primarily
bitumen emulsion, when asphalt binder is dispersed in an aqueous medium.
Emulsion, as any coarse heterogeneous
system, have low stability, which can increase by adding
special surface-active substances (surfactants), called emulsifiers or
stabilizers, or carefully divided solid powder products.
