DESIGN:
One main drive for the conveyor chain in the pasteurizer/cooler. The speed can be adjusted manually. The time is adjustable from ± 20 up to 60 minutes. Six stainless steel pumps, each pump with a capacity of ± 80 m/h. These pumps are installed 6 small tanks and each tank equipped with 2 replaceable mesh filters. Six thermometers mounted in the discharge pipe of the pump.
Two steam valve production Samson.Two automatic system temperature control the production of Samson.One electric thermometer with optical and acoustic warning system, which alerts/feeds signals when it reaches too high or too low temperature compared to the installed/rated temperature.Two coils built into the bottom of the pasteurizer.Panel and wiring, including all the on /off switch, etc. made of steel.The pasteurizer/cooler also equipped boot chain conveyor and the discharge chain conveyor. The installation is equipped with one side of the door for holding cleaning/maintenance.

2/3 of the total length will be be used for heating and pasteurization of the product;

1/3 of the total length will be be used for cooling the product.
