This machine is automatic and reliable machine that can
be used with any type of flour and produce all kinds of short and long
the pasta. P20 can also be used for continuous
production of rolled dough to feed molding machine for
production of noodles, sockets, ravioli and Cappelletti. It is easy in operation.
It is completely made of stainless steel. It is equipped with control panels in
compliance with applicable safety standards.
Consists of:
two spiral dough mixer;
-the shaft and the auger can be easily disassembled for cleaning;
-electronic rotary knife for pasta with
