GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Set equipment for continuous production of semi - dumplings with an average capacity of 150-160 kg/h (maximum up to 180 kg of finished products per hour), depending on the shape and the degree of stuffing.
The production is carried out using a single dough sheet width up to 250 mm Filling: meat, cheese, vegetable and other similar consistency pasty.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION WORK:

In the mixer the spiral dough mixer is added to the ingredients, kneading, which is forced in a die press having a special format. The resulting tape test the press output is captured by a system of rollers machines for production semi-finished and served on the moulder. Tape test, passing through forming the mold, filled with stuffing, served from a special hopper for filling, is formed in the product, which is separated from the excess tape test and falls into the tray.

CONDITION:

The complete line includes automatic pasta press that provides the ability of the Customer to pay not only the tape test, but also fresh pasta in various formats (in the case of an acquisition of additional matrices) in amounts according to the performance of the press.
