General description:
Machine designed to produce exclusive pasta type "butterfly", referred to in Italy as farfalle. The peculiarity of this kind of machines is the need for a press with a matrix for the production of tape test or another machine (sheeters), capable of producing the tape test required width.
The machine carries out the punching and rebating of dough into pasta using special the mold.
Design features:
- two rolls of stainless steel with an adjustable gap for rolling dough sheet of the desired thickness;
the Foundation and frame of stainless steel;
structure of anodized aluminum;
- switchboard and control panel
have protective devices in accordance with the applicable regulations of the EEC.
