Machine is automatic sheeters machine with one or two Kneaders for the production of tape test with a width of 168 mm and with a thickness of 2,5 mm.

Machine with extruder is automatic sheeters machine with two the Kneaders: upper spiral dough mixer equipped with a head for extrude all kinds pasta changing the matrix. You can buy either a bronze matrix (get the pasta with rough surface) or Teflon matrix (turn out the pasta with a smoother surface).

It has the structure of anodized aluminum, and all surfaces in contact with products made of stainless steel; it is equipped with a panic button and the power indicator. It meets the requirements of safety standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

Tips:

1- Device for rolling and cutting the dough sheet. This device produces noodles various widths, changing the stamp. Cutting to length is controlled by a timer. Formats noodles: mm 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and with wavy edge.

2 - Nozzle for cooking ravioli allows you to cook ravioli, glued to each another, different format and with a paste-like filling (meat, cheese, vegetables,...)

3 - Nozzle for making gnocchi allows you to cook potato or flour gnocchi different sizes.
