Brief description:

Horizontal packaging machine in rotary design for packaging bulk products in the finished paper bags with a hinged bottom and side folds that filled and closed during the packaging process.

Machine can be used for packaging as easily - and heavy powdered products, such as flour. Ready paper bags served with store, which is designed to supply packages for 12-15 minutes operation of the machine. The packages are opened, filled with the dosing device, give vibration to seal and served on the conveyor closing machine where the packages are cut to the required length, the top of the bag is folded, smeared dispersion (standard set) or glue-alloy (option) and then added again.

Drive the machine mainly mechanical-based steel Cams. All rotating parts run on ball bearings. The engine and drive are closed in separate sealed enclosures. All clutch is placed in an oil bath and constantly lubricated through the oil pump, which ensures a long service life and high reliability of the machine. The whole machine is equipped with protective coatings according to the European standards.
