Pellet mill GM-100 flat die is used to
production of combined feed (compound feed) of chopped biomass of all
species.
The pellet mill has a wide application range for
all kinds of materials with regard to their structure, density, bonding properties,
the size of the particles. The Granulator can recycle powder,
fibrous and coarse products in the granules of uniform quality and in most
cases without pretreatment due to horizontal flat matrix
with vertical holes.
The granulator can also be used to
feed pelletizing from waste flour production, bran, cottonseed meal and
other similar products for fattening poultry, pigs, cattle
cattle, fish, etc.
The principle of operation of the granulator allows you to work
at high loads with heavy raw materials.
The pellet mill is made of highly durable
materials with robust housing. The die and rollers are made of special
wear-resistant alloys.
The electricity consumption is 5.5 kWh per
hour.
