Designed to work as a sensitive element in the protection circuits and alarm in case of oil-fired flame in boilers of small capacity, furnaces, combustion chambers.
The sensor element of the image sensor is a photocell which is mounted in special holders on the rim. The photocell is protected by glass, which is fixed in housing by snap ring.
To protect the sensor from excessive heating it is equipped with a radiator, and to prevent contamination of the glass fitting provided for the air supply.
Mounted on a special tube that is installed in the setting of the boiler or burner device at a distance of 1,0...1,2 m from the nozzle.
If necessary, reduce the sensitivity of the image sensor it can be for diaphragm washers of the required diameter, which are supplied with the photosensor.
