is designed to detect gas in the boilers, furnaces and other gas consuming equipment, when included in the automation of any type . It bans the ignition of the boiler gas content furnace. Works in macroclimatic conditions of temperate and cold temperate.
The indicator is an indicator with a light signal and a fixed threshold of gas content.
The detector consists of two parts: the electronic circuit with the actuating relay located in a polypropylene housing and a select device - diffusion method with the filing of a controlled environment to the sensor it is placed in the flue.
Specifications:
Threshold signal concentration according to the calibration component induced by led (1 % volume fraction (ml), corresponding to 20% of the lower concentration limit of flame propagation (LEL). The threshold concentration may be determined according to customer's requirement. The verification component is methane.
At fixed concentration of 1% volume fraction (ml) and above, the red alarm led and activates the actuating relay included in the automatic safety of the boiler.
