The gas filters FG (further - filters) are used for gas purification from dust and other solid particles.
Depending on the degree of filtration, the filters are such variants:
FG filter with a filtration degree of 150-400 microns;
FG filter with a filtration degree of 30 μm;
FGS filter with a filtration degree of 30 μm and an indicator for determining the degree of contamination of the element of purification. (Fig.)
Filters have designs that are suitable for use with gas meters LG and RG all sizes.
The capacity of the filters during operation is regulated by the pressure loss on the inlet and outlet. The magnitude of the pressure loss across the filter indicates the degree of contamination of the element of purification. Pressure loss across the filter is controlled by the Converter pressure difference or indicator and with maximum cost does not exceed: for filters FG to 0.8 kPa; filters for FG-2, FG - 1.5 kPa.
An example entry designations filters: (PHA - DN – Pp – B - B), where
A – variant filter: FG; FG; FG.
DN - nominal diameter of the filter: 50; 80; 100; 150; 200,
PP the value of the maximum operating pressure, MPa, is selected in a row: 0,63; 1; 1,6; 2,5; 4; 6,3; 8; 10.
B – designation of execution of the filters, which operate in different ranges of ambient temperatures:
01 - for the range from -30 to 60 ºC; 02 - for the range from -60 to 60 ºC.
In – version for operation with the meter: l-LH -80; LH -100;-150 LH; LH -200, R - WP -40; WG -100; WG -250; RWG -1000.
R1 - RG -400. P2 - WP -600.
