The use of vanillin:
Vanilla and powdered flavorings usually mixed with other prescription dry components. For highly concentrated dry flavorings used in very small doses, is justified by preliminary preparation of premixes flavour with loose components, e.g. sugar. Most often, the vanilla before adding to the product dissolved in water, alcohol, or another liquid phase with a view to better distribution of the weight of the product.
