Designed to produce and maintain oil-free high and ultra-high vacuum (10-9 PA) during pumping active, including aggressive (arsenic, ammonia, chlorine, etc.) and inert gases in various process plants (molecular beam epitaxy, in the units of analysis of the composition and structures of the material).

and NMD-1; NMDI-1
Consist of magnetic discharge modules and resistive evaporators getter material, surrounded by a screen.
Equipped with power supplies magnetic discharge modules (open circuit voltage minus V, current short circuit 0.8 A – use one or two blocks) and resistive evaporators getter (voltage 10 V, current up to 65A).

Pumps shall have a system oil-free preliminary evacuation. It is possible to install in the interim between vertical and horizontal position. The pumps are not suitable for pumping heavy hydrocarbons.
