Are used for cleaning non-corrosive hydrocarbon gases (dry gases).
They contain a removable filter element, made of a synthetic made of easy-washed material, which can be easily extracted from the filter for contamination control and cleaning.
Special o-ring simplifies installation of the filter element back. The filter is usually installed after the regulating and shut-off valves. It must be installed so that the arrow on the filter housing pointing in the direction of the consumer. Position in space is arbitrary. Filters have a bypass valve for measuring the pressure of gas in the system
