To increase the cooling surface in TMG-25...1000 sealed performance used corrugated walls.
Transformers TM are manufactured for a rated voltage of the primary winding 6 or 10 kV. The rated voltage of the secondary winding of 0.4 or 0.23 kV. Scheme and winding connection group U/UN-0, D/a n-11 or U/Z n-11.
Design features:
- Transformers TMG are manufactured in waterproof design, inside capacity is not reported with the environment. They are completely filled with oil.
- The extender and air or gas cushion is missing.
- Temperature change of the oil volume is compensated by the elastic deformation of the corrugations of the transformer tank.
- Contact of oil with the environment is completely absent. This greatly improves the working conditions of oil, it eliminates moisture, oxidation and slag formation.
- Transformers TMG require virtually no costs pre-works and maintenance in operation, does not need preventive maintenance and audits throughout the period of operation.
- To verify the completeness of filling of the oil tank transformers TMG are supplied with oil sight glass float, located on the lid.
- To measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil in the transformer tank is provided with a dial thermometer.
