Transformers for heating the concrete and the soil TMOB with natural oil cooling are designed for warming up of concrete and soil, when the average daily air temperature below +5 °C.
They are available for a rated primary winding voltage of 380 V. the Secondary winding can be switched with the stars in the triangle, and Vice versa, by means of a switch. Voltage regulation is performed without switching the excitation-side 380 V ±5% from the nominal value.
When connecting U/UN-0 output are voltage 121, 103, 85 V and a current of 301 A. When connecting a/D-11 output respectively voltage 70 V, 60 V, 49 V and a current of 520 A.
Design features:
- Transformers for heating the concrete type TMOB equipped with Malorossiya. The capacity of the expander provides the presence of oil at all modes of operation of the transformer and the temperature fluctuations of the ambient air.
- To protect the oil from exposure to the outer atmosphere transformers type TMOB equipped with a dehumidifier. The air drier filled with desiccant, which absorbs from the incoming air moisture.
- To control the level of oil in the transformer is installed oil gauge float that is mounted on the end of Malorossiya.
- To measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil in the transformer tank is provided with a dial thermometer.
