Universal controller resistance welding machines model Komsomol (replacement RKS-801) based digital controller with LCD display showing the parameters of the welding mode.

Blocks Komsomol allow you to replace the control units previously manufactured, such as: a series of tear – 501, 702, 801 (production plant "electric", St. Petersburg); series RCS – 502, 601, 801 (production plant "firm SELMA" Simferopol).

The Komsomol unit is highly reliable, user-friendly interface that takes into account the qualifications of the welder and engineer.

There is also a built-in memory which retains information without power for a long time, consisting of 16 cells, preserving the cycle parameters and weld mode.

The unit is designed for the Assembly of resistance SPOT and SEAM machines with thyristor contactor.

The electrical connection of the Komsomol to the scheme contact welding machines similar to the connection blocks RKS, without any modifications. Other units on request offers additional transition harness with the necessary connector.

The controller provides the following modes of operation:

- modulation (smooth increase of the leading edge of the first pulse).

- mode current polevanov

- mode cyclic welding or single

- mode of operation without current (test)

- the mode of stabilization of the welding current

- indication of the K. P. D.

- indication of supply voltage of the thyristor contactor
