The KPS waste valve is designed to vent gas to atmosphere when the pressure in the network over the allowable specified value. Valves are installed at gas pipelines of high, medium and low pressure, as well as in gas control points and other supply systems. Operating conditions the valve must meet the UHL2 climatic performance according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient temperatures from -40 to +60 oC.
