Grinding fixture CCD 150
is designed for sharpening of saws in automatic mode using
a special circle with Morozovym (diamond) coating. Design grinding
the device allows to sharpen saws up to 60 mm wide with a very high quality
and performance.
Speed sharpening band saws is approximately 1 tooth per second, which
provides speed 5 times more than conventional universal grinding
device type PEPS. The tooth profile exactly matches the profile of the grinding
circle with a tooth profile of type "Woodmizer".. During sharpening of the saw in the cutting zone
served coolant.
