Grinding fixture CCD
is designed for sharpening of saws in automatic mode using
a special circle with Morozovym (diamond) coating. Design grinding
the device allows to sharpen saws up to 60 mm wide with a very high quality
and performance. Differs from the grinding machine CCD 150 by the presence of
counter teeth with the ability to install program and installed grinding
circle is not on the motor shaft and through a belt transmission that provides
the durability of the engine.
Speed sharpening band saws is approximately 1 tooth per second, which
provides speed 5 times more than conventional universal grinding
device type PEPS. The tooth profile exactly matches the profile of the grinding
circle with a tooth profile of type "Woodmizer"..
During sharpening of the saw in the cutting zone is served coolant.
