Grinding fixture CCD
is designed for sharpening of saws in automatic mode using
a special circle with Morozovym (diamond) napyleniem.
Grinding construction of the device allows to sharpen saws up to 60 mm wide with
very high quality and performance.
Speed sharpening band saws is approximately 1 tooth per second, which
provides speed 4 times more than conventional universal grinding
device type PEPS.
The tooth profile exactly matches the profile of the grinding wheel with the tooth profile of type "Woodmizer".. During
sharpening the saw in the cutting zone is served coolant.
