Fixture modification
PEP is intended for grinding in automatic mode bandsaw blades width from
10mm to 60 mm, thickness from 0.6 mm to 2mm.
Engine power drive round 120W, supply voltage of 220V.
The time for sharpening saws of length 4m with 22mm increments from 25 to 40 minutes. Filing saws
adjustable.
The tooth profile is provided by a special copier i.e. to obtain a different
profile need to replace the copier. Copiers in different fields and steps of saws
are available upon request.
In the standard version the device is equipped with a copier machine for sharpening saws
step 22mm and the profile of the tooth of the "Woodmizer". The device allows to sharpen
the tape a step up from 7mm to 25mm.
