2А061 nut tapping machine is designed for cutting metric thread hexagon nuts according to GOST 5927-70 with the tap with an l-shaped shank. Machine recommended for use in large-scale and mass production, in particular, at the enterprises of hardware, electrical and other industries.
Design features:
duplex horizontal layout with auxiliary load devices of the friction type providing the possibility of threading the nut in two sizes at the same time;
- unstressed submission of blanks on the tap with the help of the plungers, receiving a reciprocating motion from the Cam disk via lever system;
- the original design of the cartridge, providing a certain position of the tap and to allow for a clear work cycle of the machine;
- the presence of movable prisms, mounted on a track rolling and working on the principle of "tracking flow", which increased the quality of the thread cutting and productivity;
- application in construction of feeding mechanism "of the movable prisms", which is the automatic rejection of workpieces without holes for the thread;
- wide range of rotation frequencies of spindles is interchangeable pulleys.
