Relay series RT 80, RT 90 is intended for use in relay protection circuits as a device, responsive to the increase of the current in the controlled circuit. Used to protect electrical machines, transformers and transmission lines at overloads and short circuits.
Based on the relay RI of the firm ASEA (now ABB). In contrast to RI, the production of which was discontinued in the early 80-ies of the last century, relays series RT 80, RT 90 with minor changes are available so far...

Operating conditions.
Climatic version UHL or O4 and placement category is "4" according to GOST 15150-69. Operating temperature range from - 20 °C to + 40 °C; when embedded in a complete device to + 55 °C Vibration (vibration strength) 0.25 g in the vertical direction in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 50 Hz. The enclosure protection relay IP40, and the terminals for connection of external conductors - IP00 according to GOST 14255-69.
