Disc grinding machine is used for polishing products and billets of wood, fiberboard, plywood, textolite and other materials.
Features:
- Grinding disc diameter 200 mm (under standard sandpaper). The speed of grinding (on the edge of the circle) 14-15 m/s.
- Desk 320 x 230 mm Angle of inclination: 90 degree (fixed, not changed).
- Motor 220 Volt, 180 watt, 1400 rpm (from Soviet washing machines).
- Exhaust fitting for suction of dust with a diameter of 40 mm / 32 mm (under standard household vacuum cleaner hose).
- Securing the abrasive disc to the double sided tape.
- Weight: 7,5 kg.
- Dimensions (l x W x h): 400 mm x 320 mm x 200 mm.
Equipment: machine, power cord, sanding disc with a diameter of 200 mm.
The machine is homemade. Wire connections are made at terminals, soldering, terminals.
As the disc rotates against and clockwise (reverse is implemented).
Table and top cover (engine compartment) removable.
The legs are made of porous rubber (for provision of "niccolite" of the machine on the desktop).
