Designed for continuous injection of meat on the bone and boneless injection and birds.
Welded stainless steel construction, surface finely ground and polished.
- working speed, pressure and amount of injected brine is accurately regulated;
- closed engine compartment – the inner part of the injector is not contaminated;
- hinged cover facilitates cleaning;
- 3 return filter 1 suction filter;
- working tools are equipped with system of quick change of needles,
- valve for regulating the pressure of injection of the brine, high performance pump;
- shut-off valve to control the time of injection of brine through the needles.
