Extruder grain runs from the PTO shaft of tractors (except tractor T-25).
Productivity on grain (wheat, corn, peas, barley, rye, grain, soy) 200-220 kg/HR.
For normal operation of the extruder the moisture content of the grain should be 18-20%.
Weight 250 kg.
If extrusion is achieved, the pressure of 20-30 ATM, a temperature of 120-180°C hydrolysis of starch with the increase in the number of dextrins and common sugars, destroyed the structure of cell walls, the fiber is divided into secondary sugar, in consequence of that improving the digestibility of forages and palatability, pathogenic microflora is destroyed. There is a significant increase in digestibility (from 45% during traditional processing of grain) up to 95%.
For example, the use of an extrudate peas, maize, barley, wheat feeding pigs allows:
- intensify the average daily weight gain of pigs 15,7-27%, reduce feed consumption (including feed-deficient animal origin);
- to reduce the mortality of piglets due to the sharp (in 2-17 times) reduction in bacterial fungal contamination of grain.
