Conveyors belt type CR designed for horizontal or inclined (at an angle not more than 25° to the horizontal) movement of grain and products of its processing to all climatic zones.Available capacity up to 1000 t/hour (grain in kind 750 g/l) with gear drive length can transport up to 1000 m in two versions: with fixed or variable places of discharge.

Conveyors with a fixed place of discharge can be installed outdoors without shelter. Conveyors with varying degrees of discharge are installed only indoors.

The pipeline is supplied by individual nodes and details in the disassembled kind.

The conveyor is not equipped with starting, protective, signal equipment and wires.

Managing pipeline must be done from the control panel of the enterprise. This should be provided for disconnecting the drive at: breakage or slippage of the tape, overflow of the loaded capacity, accumulation of a transported product in the drive station.

Description of the pipeline

Conveyor belt is a bearing structure on which special brackets installed top and bottom support rollers. Inside the conveyor in a closed circuit moving tape, transporting the product from the place of loading to place of unloading. Work branch has the shape of a trench, which prevents the spillage of the transported product to the side.

In a pipeline with a variable place of unloading includes unloading the truck.

The route of the conveyor formed by the set drive station, passing sections and take-up stations connected in series. The number of sections depends on the length of transportation.

Connection of sections is carried out by welding.

The principle of operation of the conveyor based on the coupling of product with tape and the internal friction of the granular product, thereby moving it along the conveyor.

In the station drive the rotation of the motor through V-belt transmission is transmitted on a high-speed shaft of the gearbox.From the low-speed shaft of the gear rotation is transmitted to the shaft of the drive drum.

In the drive station is provided for fastening the alarm device overflow. You can install the device control the belt speed at any point of the conveyor.

Unloading the truck is designed for intermediate unloading of the transported product. At the bottom of the truck mounted the wheel with which it moves along the conveyor.
