The device and principle pump operation
The pump consists of a cylinder 4 connected to a column of pipes 6 and column rod 5 with the housing 1. The housing has a handle 3 connected with the hinge 9 on the column bars and with the rack 2 and the pipe 8 for connection with column pipe and discharge pipe 10.
4 cylinder consists of a piston moving in the sleeve when the movement of the stock. The piston has a channel connecting the cavity of the sleeve with the column pipes, shutting off the return valve.
Rod to the sucker rod string and liner to the tubing string attached the threaded connections. When installing the pump cylinder is submerged in liquid a well or reservoir, the housing is attached by bolts 11 to the pipe bore (tank).
When moving the lever down the piston with a closed back the valve moves up, sucking the liquid into the sleeve through the open peak valve. When the handle upward, the piston moves down and fluid from the casing is displaced into the tubing string reaches the discharge pipe and spills out.
